He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Lee and Mary Ellen Kell (Robbins); his wife Linda; his daughter Debbie Poe (Amy Bond) of Lansing, Kan.; his granddaughter Sarah Guse of Ontario, Canada; his siblings, Tom Kell (Rita) of Longview, Bruce Kell (Susan) of Longview, Kenneth Kell of Longview and Sharon Adams (Dave Wells) of Longview; his aunt Lassie Anderson of Longview; his cousin Jean Folkner (Dennis) of Blackfoot, Idaho; and his friends, Steve Flannery (Peggy) of Pacific and Butch Wale (Kerry) of Longview. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rapid Response Charities, Veterans of Foreign Wars or the Humane Society of Cowlitz County.
