She was predeceased by: her parents, Eudora Huffman and Reynold Huffman; and her former husband Michael Post. She is survived by: her husband Gerrie DeGross; her children, Mark Post (Tatjana), Michelle Post and Suzanne Carlson (Ted); her stepchildren, Mark DeGross and Sharmon Morris; her grandchildren, Taylor, Ryan, Luka, Nicole, Kyla, Jill, D'Marco, M'Shaiya, Michaelo, Jimmy and Jessica; and her great grandchild Kimber.
