He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mistic (Falk) and James P. Mistic Sr.; his former wife Mary Lou Mistic of Saum, MN.; his son Gary Mistic; his brother Laurence Mistic; and his grandson Matthew Mistic.
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Ann Bishop (Dan) and Robert Mistic (Amber) of Castle Rock, WA; and his sisters, Helen Widerski of Bemidji, MN and Rosemarie Weber (Mike) of Bemidji, MN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild, and many nephews and nieces.
