He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Foley and June Foley (Tyler); and his son Keith Foley. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Foley; his children, Tyler Foley of Milwaukee, Wis., Katherine Hernandez of Fayetteville, N. C. and Donna Goebel (Rick) of Kalama, Wash.; his brother Roger Foley (Hilda) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Kelsie Jones, Travis Wilson, Andrew Wilson (Kelsey), Joshua Wilson and Kortni Smith; and his pets, Chloe and Gracie. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
