The passing of Gerald O. Engebo of Longview, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 7, 2024 at the age of 95. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Engebo and Mabel Engebo; his wife Arleen; his sister Marian; his brother-in-law George Thompson; his brother Ronald; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Engebo.
He is survived by: his children, Susan McDonough (David) of Gilbert, AZ, David Engebo (Cathy), Doug Engebo (Candi) of Longview and Chris Engebo (Kelly) of Kelso; and his sister Gloria Brandt of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (2218 E Kessler Blvd, Longview, WA 98632).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jerry's name to Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
