She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fulgham and Jessie Fulgham (Dart); and her siblings, Averill Fulgham, Lourene Golladay, Russell Fulgham and Edmond Fulgham.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Fred Golladay, Don Golladay, Verna Golladay, Carol Hushman, Katie Rossbach, Julie McNerney, Dale Fulgham and Larry Fulgham; and her goddaughters, Kim Singleton and Alyssa Gunn. She is also survived by 20 great nieces and nephews, 25 great, great nieces and nephews, 12 great, great, great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community House on Broadway, a homeless shelter in Longview.
