It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald William Fowler Sr. (Lind, Washington), who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna J Palmer; his sisters, Alice and Elaine; and his parents, Velva M Kemmer and Harold E Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Donald W Fowler Jr (Cora), Tracy L Mark (Leroy), Mark A Fowler (Indira) and Clay W Fowler (Kelly); his siblings, Curtis H Fowler II (Lynette), Joan Balusik (Derv) and Ione Whipple (Harry); his aunt Sharon L Adams; and his uncle Clarence Kemmer Jr. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
