He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Carlile Fullmer and Nannie Bessie Harp. He is survived by: his wife Karen Fullmer of Liberty Lake; and his siblings, Richard Fullmer (Tanya) of Washington State and Vicki Muccino of Texas. He is also survived by his 6 nieces, 2 nephews, 18 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
