He is survived by: his sons, Kirby Lewis, Kurt Lewis and Kevin Lewis (Clary); his grandchildren, Hannah Ellyson (Landen), Joshua Lewis (Kristin), Eva Lewis and Sarah Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Grace Ellyson, Aubrey Rose Ellyson and Maverick Ellyson.
