He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Bush and Sarah Bush; and his sister Dorothy Hall. He is survived by: his children, Dianna Calhoun of Lakewood, WA, Charles Busch of Lakewood, WA and Debrah Walker (Tad) of Bend Oregon. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
