He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Michlitsch and Christopher Rambo; his sister Viola Rose Michlitsch-Rambo; his grandparents, John Rambo, Winifred Rambo and Shareen Michlitsch; and his great-grandparent Bonnie Faherty.
