With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Collins Jr. of Lakewood, Washington, who passed away on January 9, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Collins Sr. and Florence I. Butler-Collins; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Candio-Collins; his children, Dawn Collins-Vitale (Phil) and Sean Collins (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Billie, Mikey, David, Jessica, Jeremy, Kyla, Braeden, Triton and Ramse.
