He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mitchel, Amber, Makenzie, Teal, Justin, Juliana, Champ, Sarah, Sage and Royal; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey and Grayson; his wife Teresa Frontz; his children, Doris Dutra, Patricia Howes, Susan Caroll, Robert Reynolds and Gerald Reynolds; and his siblings, Kenneth Dean Frontz, Mary Elizabeth Hill, Herman Dale Frontz, Vivian Ruth Johnson, Edna Elaine Wilkerson and Eugene Allen Frontz.
