He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frame and Sarah Frame (Oliver); his wife Nancy; his children, Richard Joseph and Cynthia Jane; and his siblings, Mabel Mossman, Charles Frame, Mearl Frame, Ioleene Musgrave, John Frame Jr., Flora Wiegand, William Frame, Mary McDaniel, Delores Nations, Ula Frances Frame, Nora Frame and Calvin Frame.

He is survived by: his sisters, Florence Schatz of Kennewick, WA, Ruth Nations of Nixa, MO and Betty Townley of Granville, OH..
