He was predeceased by: his wife Clarine Wick Kvamme; his grandsons, Brandon Starr and James Salisbury; and his sister Marvel Smythe. He is survived by: his friends, John and Gerry; his stepchildren, Lori Salisbury (Kent), David Kvamme (Sandy), Kathi Wiebe (Ken) and Kari Caliguri (Kurt McQueen); his sons-in-law, Cliff Starr and Rick Caliguri; his grandchildren, Katie Salisbury (James Halttunen), Amanda Hutyler (Luke), Megan (Josh) of Leon, Jenelle Salisbury (John Hotz), Hayden Kvamme (Kathryn), Bailey Kvamme, Lacey Kvamme, Veronica Dwyer (Chad), Clayton Wiebe (Hailey), Courtney Starr, Chelsea Walters (Kyle), Austin Starr, Damon McQueen, Alexis McQueen, Kiley Caliguri and Miranda Caliguri; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, William, Benjamin, Matilda, Gwendolyn, Jackson, Maxwell, Henry, Elizabeth, Amber, Katlyn, Margaret, Owen, Quinley, Clayton, Payton, Teddie, Ayla, Aiden T. of Ava, CJ, Cambria, Stevie Jean, Aiden J., Arabella, Maverick, Jameson, Beau and Aurora; and his sisters, Bernice Johnson, Edith Stageberg, Ida Hagen (Jim) and JoAnn Glass (Dale). He is also survived by his four children and their spouses.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the University Place Presbyterian Church (8101 27th St W, University Place, WA 98466).
