He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Howard Scott and Barbara Scott of Des Moines, WA.. He is survived by: his brother Kevin Scott; his sister-in-law Phatsarin "Nok" Scott of Des Moines, WA; and his close friend Claire Mick of Lakewood, WA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
