She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Welfringer and Marion Welfringer; her daughters, Patricia Kelly, Kathy Tanhueco and Nancy Kelly; her grandmother Jennifer Kelly; her son Gary Kelly; and her grandchildren, Ashley Tanhueco, Chelsea Tanhueco, Timmy Peck, Jessica Peck, Tiffany Kelly, Raymond Roberts and Phillip Kelly. She was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
