He is survived by: his wife Linda Staples Forkenbrock; his children, Julie Anne Forkenbrock and Darin James Forkenbrock; his adoptive daughter Jenna Thornton; his grandson Emmett Holbrook; and his sisters, Jina Marie Bonime and Jerol Ann Gallucci. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, several nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
