He is survived by: his wife Gaylene Kenward; his son Michael D. Conklin; his parents, Michael Conklin and Angela Conklin; his brother Tyler Conklin; his uncle Joe; his aunt Jane Hinkle; his grandsons, Kyros and Kaleb Conklin; and his stepchildren, Amanda, Ashley, Samantha and Scott Kenward. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
