He was predeceased by: his son Lonny. He is survived by: his wife Timmi; his children, Laura, Kim and Jack; and his daughters-in-law, Shirley and Cindy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Franciscan Hospice House in University Place, WA.
