He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jourdan and Vera Jourdan (Brown); his wife Eartha Lee Flimes; and his sisters, Dorothy Jourdan and Sandra Christopher.
He is survived by: his son Elliott Jourdan; his daughter-in-law Rose; his grandsons, Elliott Jr. and Devin; and his sisters, Geraldine Golden (Gerry) of New Orleans and Shirley Ross of Los Angeles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
During the pandemic, George and his family started a weekly bible study, which he faithfully attended by way of Zoom, every Saturday morning.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the American Cancer Society.
