He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Holdener and Anna Holdener; his wife Dorothy Holdener; and his grandson Michael Horton. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Crowley (Kelly) and Susan Holdener; his grandchildren, James of Tacoma, Nicole of Tacoma and Madisen of Seattle; and his nephews, Patrick Roberts and Keith Roberts (Frances Kruse) of Puyallup. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
