It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Ruby Petersen of Lakewood, Washington, born in Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eva Lucinda Fraizer (Chickasaw Nation) and Erwin Vincent Scholtz; her former husband Francis Stephen; her children, Katherine Ann and Stephen Andrew; her husband Wayne Leon; her grandchildren, Kandida (Eric), Tristan and Kristel; and her great grandchildren, Bre, Anna, Treyton, Marissa and Arabella.

Donations in Evelyn's memory may be directed to Kline Galland Hospice, Pasado's Safe Haven, or charity of your choice.
