He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Shepard Carter Dade and Mabel Howard Dade; and his siblings, Cecelia, Christopher, Darlene, Roy and Charmaine.
He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Louise Jones Dade; his children, Claire Avaniece Dade Johnson (Eric Johnson) and Sebastian Nicholas Dade (Mercedez Workman); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Carmella Johnson and Xavier Dade; and his siblings, Camellia "Mego" Lane, Selena Jackson, Pierre Dade and Jerald Dade. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
