He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wade Moore and Esther Lee Moore (Lanning); his son Joshua Charles Moore; his stepfather George Bowen; and his siblings, Lee Earl Moore, Wada Lou Garner (Moore) and Barbara Esary (Moore).
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Moore (Meador); his father-in-law George Bowen; his children, Richard Moore, Anthony Moore of Bellingham and Julia Parker (Moore) of Bellingham; and his sisters, Betty Loy (Moore) and Debbie Fullerton (Moore). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
