He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Nancy Heussman (Pete), David Hirz (Dottie) and Brian Hirz (Dina); his brother Paul Hirz (Patty); his wife Sharon Hirz; his daughter Kathy Hagbo; his sister Joanne Minich; and his parents, Harry Hirz and Hermie Hirz. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
