He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin William Moe and Cecelia Ann Moe (Jiskra). He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his children, Caleb Levesque and Rochelle Levesque-Smith (Gregory); his granddaughter Maliyah Levesque-Smith; his brothers, Dean Moe, Don Moe (Cheri) and Alan Moe (Susan); and his sister-in-law Connie Moe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
