She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hurley and Bessie Sumner Hurley; and her siblings, Fred, Ed, Willie, Luther, Amos Hurley and Maxine Hurley.
She is survived by: her children, David Gustin and Rhonda Gustin; and her sister Mattie Hurley CaudillFuneral (Opal Hurley Gustin).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smithsboro Baptist Church (4700 Smithsboro Rd, Sassafras, KY 41759). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
