He is survived by: his wives, Millie Wear and Millie Osterholtz (Wear); his children, Gerald Osterholtz Jr. (Alison), Chad Osterholtz (Mallory), Jeff Osterholtz and Joyce Osterholtz; his grandchildren, Mallory, Mason, Cody, Alexis "Sissy" and Easton Osterholtz; his pet Izzy; and his siblings, Linda "Goog" Adams, Carol Moroz, Joe Osterholtz Jr (Kelley) and Judy Smith (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
