He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ann Holmes; his daughter Vicki (Craig Hatley) of Colfax; his grandchildren, Kari Kozma (Sam Hatley) of Calabasas, CA and Sydney; and his great grandchildren, Haven and Crew Kozma.
