He is survived by: his spouse Debby Pitcher Gaffney; his daughters, Sarah Sisco (Lance) and Shannon Gaffney; his granddaughters, Emily and Audrey Sisco; and his siblings, Daniel Gaffney (Mary) and Eileen Forman (Daniel) of Chehalis, WA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
