He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Lance Loepke, Nikoll Loepke and San Jose; his wife Linda; his mother Gladys Kepner of Puyallup; his sister Jeanette Imrie of Bonney Lake; his half-sister Paula Pielak (Jeff) of Puyallup; his children, Rick (Jeanne) of Olympia, Jeff of Sequim and Julie of Rochester; his stepchildren, Lance Ramsay (Jacqui) of Bellevue and Nikoll Noe (Kirk) of Rocklin; his father James; his brother Bob; and his daughter Susan. He was also cherished by 2 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 7 nieces and a nephew.
