The passing of Noreen A. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wilson and Norah Wilson; and her son Bryan M. Howe. She is survived by: her husband Phillip L. Howe; and her children, Bruce M. Howe and Bobbi C. Howe. She is also survived by four grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Washington State Parks as Noreen was particularly fond of Birch Bay State Park.
