He is survived by : his wife Sylvia Gillis; his children, Patrick Gillis, Erin Gillis and Michelle Ransom; and his grandchildren, Sydney Gillis, Michael Gillis, Elijah Ransom and Jessie Jones.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shelly Ransom Home (12007 Clover Creek Dr SW, Lakewood, WA 98499).
