He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Applegate and Brian Applegate; his sister Keli Wetherald; his brother-in-law Jeremy Wetherald; his niece Natalie; and his nephews, Jeremy (JJ), Eddy, Chris and Ryder. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
