He is survived by: his children, Anita Lynn Panko (Mark), Christopher James, Arthur Wayne and Gary Eugene (Tonie); his wife Patricia; and his sisters, Carrol Merrell (Alan) and Margaret England (Ray). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
