He was predeceased by: his parents, Cal Clark and Dorothy Clark; and his brother Alvin Clark. He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Calvin, Jacob Clark and Tina Smith; and his siblings, Fred Clark and Barbara McBride. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
