She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Szwak and Anna Szwak; and her siblings, Anthony Szwak, Donald Szwak, Barbara Billington and Robert Szwak.
She is survived by: her husband Brian D. Basara, Sr.; her sons, Brian D. Basara, Jr. and John A. Basara; and her brother Raymond Szwak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
