He is survived by: his wife Damaris; his children, Kim Chase (Don) and Tim Novotny (Elaine); his stepchildren, Jeff, Tom, James Soule and Elizabeth Pierson; his grandsons, Max Chase and Josef Chase (Caroline); and his great grandchildren, Kendall, Thomas and Tony.
