He is survived by: his children, Cindy Moore (Rick), Chris Ceradsky (Wayne), D. Scott Otis (Barbara), Megan Masonholder (Brian) and Andrew Otis (Kelli). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
