He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha Souza, Dawn Jorgensen (Stewart), Wendy Palmer (Bob), Lisa Temler and Kelli Temler; his grandchildren, Austin, Devon, Taylor, Jordan, Tanner and Emily; and his siblings, Beth Martinson (David), Janice Compton (Neil), Kristin Dorn and Jon Dorn (Anne). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
