He is survived by: his wife Michele; his daughter Shaunna (Eli Johnson); his grandchildren, Natalie Edmondsun (Ben), Mikaila Duke (Jordan), Bryce (Michele), Ericka and Ben; his son Lance (Holly); his grandchildren, Brionna, Skyler and Bianca; his sister Bonnie (Ralph Glover); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Jane, Odin and William.
