He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Holt; his daughters, Cassandra McBain and Haleigh McBain; his granddaughter Adelise; his sister Paula Reed; his niece Meghann Steinolfson; his nephew Alan Steinolfson; his parents-in-law, Pat and Bill Holt; and his brothers-in-law, Shane Holt and Darin Holt.
