He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Horn and Gladys Eggert (Eggert). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Murphy; his daughters, Caitlin Sundin (Erik) and Jonelle Hepworth (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Lauren, Laila, Elise and Kellan; and his sister Nancy Charters.
