He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Mitchell Shields and Esther Marie Shields; his wife Sandy; and his brothers, Mike and Don.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bonney Watson Funeral Home (16445 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Tahoma National Cemetery (18600 SE 240th St, Kent, WA 98042).
