He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bill and Don. He is survived by: his wife Carol Biggs; and his children, Jill Gallagher (Brian), Mike Biggs (Pam), Jodi Erickson (Greg) and Mark Biggs (Gail). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
