Judith Ann (Davis) Rose Obituary
Judith Rose was born on August 27, 1932 and passed away on November 23, 2022, she was 90 years old. Judith is survived by her four sons, Douglas and partner Elvin of Cataldo, ID, Steven and wife Susan of Maple Valley, WA, Michael and wife Charlotte of Brier, WA, and Daniel and wife Katrina of Kenmore, WA. She has 7 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
Judith was born in Tacoma, WA. to Harold and Hazel Davis. During her adolescence she enjoyed sailing on Lake Washington, riding horses, and gardening. She was an avid Gril Scout and was quite active in her community.
After graduating from Roosevelt High School, she attended college at Washington State University where she earned a Batchelor of Science Degree in Agriculture. While attending college she met and married Gordon Rose on September 1, 1954. They were married for 66 years until Gordon’s passing in April 2021.
During her lifetime she lived in several states, Pittsburgh, PA, Portland, OR, Butte, MT, Bellevue, WA, and Gold Hill, OR where they started a horse boarding business.
In her 90 years Judith experienced and enjoyed many activities, including fishing, hunting, and camping. She was a skilled leather worker and crafts person. He loved gardening and was an avid bowler throughout her adult life.
Judith is a child of Christ accepting him as her Savior. She wanted nothing more than to eventually join her husband in Heaven. Because of her faith we know that’s just where she is, back together again.
Judith was loved by friends and family and will be missed.
