He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hines and Emma Hines (Thoma); and his siblings, Ray, Ralph, Loretta, Berna and Del.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Hines (Guthrie); his children, Kym Hines, Linda Dippie (Brent), Cheryl MacIntyre (Dave), Brenda Hines, Douglas Hines (Katherine), Kristin Farnsworth (Russ) and Michael Hines; and his grandchildren, Zachory, Korrie, Morgan, Sara, Ben, Malik, Jacob, Moses and Emma.
