He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Moe and Eleanor Moe (Casberg); his wife Jan Stokes; his siblings, Art, Homer, Aldin, Clayton Moe and Joyce Urban; his brothers-in-law, Don Cassel and Verlan Urban; his grandson Brett Flikkema; and his niece Deborah Cassel.
He is survived by: his children, Tamra Moe (Per Billgren) of Kirkland, WA and Daniel Moe (Robyn) of Castle Rock, CO; his siblings, Gloria Cassel of Onalaska, WI, Mollie Kemp of La Crosse, WI and Hjal Jonsen of Spring Grove, MN; his sisters-in-law, Vernetta Moe of West Salem, WI and Barbara Moe of Mondovi, WI; his grandchildren, Heather Flikkema of Waikoloa, HI, Garrett Moe and Carson Moe of Castle Rock, CO; and his great grandchildren, Rylen Flikkema-Daley and Nalu Flikkema-Nelson of Waikoloa, HI. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
