He was predeceased by: his son John Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Marlys; and his children, Arthur Jr. of Texas, Kenneth of Washington, Richard of Washington, LuAnn of Washington, Mark of Washington and Donna of Washington. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
